When you schedule a meeting, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, meeting notes, and selected appointment time.
How we use information
We use this information to schedule and manage your appointment, send the calendar invitation, provide meeting details, prevent scheduling conflicts, and communicate with you about the meeting.
Google Calendar and notifications
The scheduler uses Google Calendar to check availability and create appointments. Booking details may also be sent to the scheduler owner through Telegram as an administrative notification. We do not sell your personal information.
Data protection and retention
We limit access to booking information to the scheduler owner and service providers needed to operate the scheduling workflow. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to manage appointments, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to any legal or recordkeeping requirements, by contacting AI Systems and Strategy Collective through the contact information used for your appointment.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the scheduling service or its data practices change. The current effective date will appear at the top of this page.
