Using the scheduler
This scheduling service is provided by AI Systems and Strategy Collective to help prospective and current clients request appointments. You agree to provide accurate contact and scheduling information and to use the service only for legitimate appointment requests.
Appointments
Submitting a booking creates a calendar appointment but does not by itself create a consulting agreement, guarantee service availability, or confirm the scope or price of any future work. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled when necessary.
Availability and technology
We work to keep the scheduler accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Calendar, meeting, email, and notification functions may depend on third-party services.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the scheduler, submit fraudulent or abusive requests, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, AI Systems and Strategy Collective is not responsible for indirect losses caused by service interruptions, third-party platforms, incorrect information submitted by a user, or missed appointments.
Changes
We may update these terms as the scheduling service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
